Outstandingly accommodating and amicable staff!!!

Gorgeous venue, with heated pool and stunning location so close to the main area of Byron. Location close enough to Byron Bay, the town centre and beach and all the restaurants. A great selection of food options at a moderate distance from the venue.

Public areas are fine, yet noise is bothersome.

Beautifully themed cottages/rooms with a very relaxed atmosphere. Walking distance to beaches/bars/restaurants/shopping. Nice helpful staff.

Shower ran out of hot water both mornings. Reception stated that this should not happen, but it did nonetheless.

For the price and the location we were very happy, excellent value and right in the mix of everything, no thrills but everything you need

I had such high hopes for this place, and yet my experience was utterly disappointing. The lack of a little shop for snacks was barbaric. The mattress nearly ruined my back, it was dreadful. As if that werent enough, surely a complimentary gesture for my troubles was expected, but i was just treated as if i were regular.

The pool could really benefit from being heated!!! The parking situation was frustrating, as designated spots were often taken. A little more consideration for customer feedback on room arrangements would go a long way!!!

We thought that the hotel overall was good and met our requirements although we did think it was a little over priced for the facilities offered.

Easy to cook very good share kitchen facilities but everyone else went out so nice & quiet, people were polite & very friendly.

I was given the room closest to the road & told it was the only one left but later that night a couple came & were given a much quieter room. Lack of privacy- the room was right next to reception so they knew all my business.I Wished I was given more choice of where I could be. When I tried to book 1 more night by phone I was told I could only book a stay of 5 nights & that it would be twice as expensive as what I paid thru you over the internet. I felt I wasn't treated equally to other people that it was not a compassionate place if I couldn't find a bed for Thursday night I didn't know what I was going to do! If you were a couple then I don't think this was the case.

The atlantic was a great choice for our last-minute getaway. The tropical room was fine and super clean. What, perfect for exploring the area. Plus, the friendly staff went out of their way to help us with our needs.

I didn't like that it was not clearly stated that it was share accomadation,i thought that it was a room with out a kitchen.
